nFocal Hires Thomas Bullinger

nFocal is pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas A. Bullinger as a Principal Consultant. Mr. Bullinger has more than twenty years of collective experience in object-oriented systems architecture, data modeling, software engineering, real time systems programming, database design and implementation, digital and mechanical design and testing. Prior to joining nFocal, he was a founder of Isotope 28 and an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he taught software architecture and engineering, object-oriented concepts, and programming in both academic and professional environments. Mr. Bullinger has also been Application Architect and Practice Manager at Questra and an Application Architect at Axeda. He is a co-founder of Fairport Brewing Company, a microbrewery that crafts artisan beer.

Mr. Bullinger frequently acts in the lead role on his projects and has an excellent record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget. He is an acknowleged expert in the systems and software engineering field and has authored the book The Reverse Detective: Pragmatic Software Requirements & Analysis. Mr. Bullinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
